NEW POSTERS : GALLERY UPDATE

Thursday 25th October
On Thursday we had the hardest day at school. We were divided into three groups and worked on different things: a power point presentation about our visit at AMGA, the first blog update and the audio-vocabulary.
We recorded our voices for some of the words of our Environment related vocabulary and we also decided to make a little Communication Kit so that we can learn some Polish and some Italian ! It was a lot of work but it was fun too.
In the afternoon we took a train and went to Como, to see the lake and go shopping.
The weather looked slightly better when we left but it was cloudy most of the afternoon. At least it didn't rain ! As usual the visit was too short but we found some presents for our friends and relatives.
In the evening we had a farewell dinner at school. There were lots of different things to eat which the families of the hosting students had prepared. We also watched a slideshow of some of the pictures we took during these four days.
The it was time to say good-bye !

VISIT OF THE POLISH DELEGATION TO CASTELLANZA
Monday 22
h. 12.30 Meeting with the six Jaslo’s school students and their two teachers.
h. 1.40 p.m. They met our headmaster prof. ANTONIO VINCI.
h. 2.30 p.m. After a lunch break we visited the town of Castellanza.
h. 4.00 p.m. We came back home.

h. 11.00 a.m Visit to the private university “LIUC”. It is a very beautiful school.
h. 12.00 Presentation of our project focusing on illegal waste cycle and waste disposal.
h. 2.10 p.m. We took the train to Milan.
h. 6.00 p.m. We came back home.
Wednesday 24
h. 08.30 a.m. Students from Italy and Poland met again at Fermi institute to attend classes where we talked about waste disposal and prepared for a trip to AMGA.
We spent three hours at Amga, the manager told us about the system of rubbish collection and segregation provided by this company.
h. 10.30 a.m. we were taken to a place where rubbish trucks arrive and we took a photo.
h. 12.30 Lunch break.
h. 3.00 p.m. Visit to Legnano.
h. 6.00 p.m. We came back home.
h. 7.00 p.m. We had a barbecue, the party was great!

just one more week and we'll finally have our first E-Twinning meeting !
Here at Fermi we are ( almost ! ) ready to welcome your delegation from Jaslo and we hope that our Polish students and teachers will enjoy their stay.
